Photo & Media Consent Policy
Together HK CIC 在活動期間可能會進行拍照及錄影，相關影像或會用於宣傳用途（包括網站、社交媒體及活動推廣）。我們會尊重參加者意願，如有參加者不同意被拍攝，我們將盡力避免拍攝其影像。
Together HK CIC may take photos and videos during events for promotional purposes (including website and social media). We respect participants’ preferences and will make reasonable efforts to avoid photographing individuals who do not consent.
私隱聲明（Privacy Notice）
我們收集的個人資料僅用於活動報名、安排及聯絡用途，並會按照英國資料保護法例（UK GDPR）妥善處理及保存。
所有資料將不會用於其他用途或轉交第三方（除非法律要求）。
在活動期間，Together HK CIC 可能會進行拍照及錄影，相關影像或會用於宣傳用途（包括網站及社交媒體）。我們會尊重參加者意願，如閣下不同意被拍攝，請於報名時註明或現場通知工作人員。
Personal data collected will be used for event registration, administration and communication purposes only, and will be handled in accordance with UK data protection regulations (UK GDPR).
Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes (including website and social media). We respect participants’ preferences. If you do not wish to be photographed, please indicate this during registration or inform a member of staff on the day.
