我們的宗旨

 Together HK CIC is built on care, culture and connection. We support Hongkongers in the UK to integrate into British society and engage in meaningful cultural exchange with local communities. Founded by a postnatal care professional, we pay special attention to the needs of new parents and families rebuilding their lives in a new place — offering both emotional and practical support along their journey of parenthood and adaptation. Through community events, family workshops and outreach services, we build bridges, share stories, and help people find strength, belonging and connection. Together we grow, together we belong.

同心會（Together HK CIC）以「關懷、文化、連繫」為核心理念。 我們致力協助新來港人更好地融入英國社會，並與當地社區進行真誠的文化交流。 由一位陪月及家庭支援工作者創立， 我們特別關注新手父母與家庭在異地重新建立生活的需要， 透過陪伴與支援，幫助他們在育兒與適應的路上找到力量與信心。 我們透過社區活動、親子工作坊及外展服務， 建立橋樑、分享故事，讓每一位在異鄉的港人家庭 都能感受到歸屬、連繫與溫暖。 同心同行，共創歸屬。
