Photo & Media Consent Policy

Together HK CIC 在活動期間可能會進行拍照及錄影，相關影像或會用於宣傳用途（包括網站、社交媒體及活動推廣）。我們會尊重參加者意願，如有參加者不同意被拍攝，我們將盡力避免拍攝其影像。我們收集的個人資料僅用於活動安排及聯絡用途，並會按照資料保護法例妥善處理，不會用於其他用途。

 

Together HK CIC may take photos and videos during events for promotional purposes (including website and social media). We respect participants’ preferences and will make reasonable efforts to avoid photographing individuals who do not consent.Personal data collected will be used for event administration and communication only, and will be handled in accordance with data protection regulations.
